What just happened?

Seems it was yesterday we went for a paddle, and wondered out loud.
The journey since then has been well documented, but no less unbelievable.

We set out to give to our community, to improve our environment, and foster leadership.
And we got back so much more than what we gave.

We challenged ourselves, and each other, to go far outside our comfort zones.
And we grew.

Ten years is an apt milestone for reflection.

It’s time for an ohmm moment before our next journey.

I would never say “I can’t believe how amazing these people are.”. Because if you know any of the KFACers, you know them all. And unbelievable things are what they do, day-in and day-out. What I will say is that KFAC has restored some of the humanity and optimism that we have lost. It and it’s people have given me and thousands of others the hope that we are on the mend… That the world is still a happy place with truly good people.
